Sometimes, in order to make up for some defects and for better performance, sometimes, even after the production of alloy steel castings, we still need to process it again. What are the process requirements for processing?
1. Before painting the alloy steel castings, check the bed castings, use tools to trim the unevenness on the surface, and remove the dirt on the surface.
2. The machined bed casting must be rinsed or rinsed with metal cleaner or clean industrial gasoline before painting to remove oil and other dirt on the surface.
3. The primer should be applied evenly by brushing, spraying, or dipping. The primer must be fully mixed and evenly diluted before use, and then repainted after being diluted to an appropriate year.
4. The putty that fills the depressions of alloy steel castings should be added with an appropriate amount of curing agent according to the product's instructions for use, and must be fully mixed before use.
5. If vinyl chloride is used to fill the depression of the bed casting, the thickness of each scraping should not be too thick. The thickness of scraping is generally about 0.5 mm. .
6. After using perchloroethylene to fill the depression of the bed casting, it must be dry before grinding. After each grinding, the surface grinding and dust need to be removed.
Processing alloy steel castings can improve the quality to a certain extent, but many castings will be used in equipment, which is related to the use problem. During processing, it is necessary to meet the above process requirements to make the casting quality better.
