– Replace hydraulic oil, suction & return filters; send oil sample for particle count.
– Clean radiator fins, straighten bent fins-cooling = thermal stability.
– Inspect X / Y / Z scales with magnifier; clean optical windows, re-seal if necessary.
– Train operators on new wear patterns found in log-close the feedback loop.
