Surface Defects of CNC Precision Machined Products:
No touch scratch: A narrow and shallow groove that cannot be felt by the fingers.
Touch scratch: A narrow and deep groove or slot that can be felt by the fingers.
Press mark: A depression caused by foreign objects on the mold or fixture coming into contact and pressing against the product.
Crack: Local damage to the outer surface of the product due to bending or other reasons.
Burr: The phenomenon of material edge flipping caused by CNC machining or other processing technologies.
Oxidation: The corrosion phenomenon on the metal surface.

Note: Grade A surface: Surfaces that users will always see, such as the front and top. Grade B surface: Surfaces that users may face, such as the sides. Grade C surface: Surfaces that users rarely see, such as the back and bottom.
