In the CNC lathe processing, the operator should pay attention to what matters, in order to better conduct the CNC lathe processing. Although it is similar to the processing of the ordinary lathe, but because the CNC lathe is a clip, and continuous automatic processing to complete all the turning process, so there are some places are different, we need to pay special attention to.
CNC lathe processing precautions are:
1. Choose a reasonable cutting amount
The economical and effective processing method is inevitably a reasonable choice of cutting conditions, the cutting speed, feed amount and cutting depth will directly cause the damage of the tool, if the cutting speed is increased, the temperature of the knife tip will rise, which will produce mechanical, chemical and thermal wear. Generally, if the cutting speed is increased by 20%, then the tool life will be reduced by 1 / 2.
Users should choose to use the appropriate cutting speed according to the processed materials, hardness, cutting state, material type, feed amount, and cutting depth, etc. Regular and stable wear is the ideal condition.
2. Choose the tools reasonably
(1) rough car, to choose high strength, good durability of the tool, in order to meet the requirements of rough car.
(2) fine car, to choose high precision, good durability of the tool, in order to processing accuracy requirements.
(3) In order to reduce the changing time and facilitate the knife, the knife and blade should be used as far as possible.
3. Choose the fixtures reasonably
(1) Try to choose the general fixture to install the work piece, do not use the special fixture.
(2) The part positioning reference should coincide, so as to reduce the positioning error.
4. Determine the processing route
(1) shall be able to machining accuracy and surface rough requirements.
(2) Shorten the processing route as far as possible, so as to reduce the tool empty travel time.
