Surface treatment of the reander tube
Surface treatment of the render tube can be done with the use of protective coatings such as epoxy, polyurethane, or acrylics. A two-step process should be employed prior to application. Firstly, the tube needs to be cleaned with a pressure washer or a solution of water and detergent to remove any dirt, dust, or grease. Secondly, the surface should be sanded or wire brushed to smooth any rough edges or abrasions, as well as create an ideal bonding surface for the coating. It is also important to make sure the tube is completely dry before applying the coating. Once completed, the coating should be given adequate time to fully cure before use.
