Some common assembly requirements for machining
1. Soak all hydraulic seals in oil before installation.
2. The installation of roller bearings allows for automobile oil heating and hot installation, and the oil temperature shall not exceed 100.
3. After the transmission gear, the contact spots and side gaps shall meet the requirements of GB10095 and GB11365.
4. When installing the hydraulic transmission system, the sealing filler or sealant is allowed, but it should be avoided in the system software.
5. All the parts to be installed (including outsourcing parts and outsourcing parts) need to have the qualification certificate of the testing unit before installation.
6. Before installation, the parts shall be clean and neat, free of burr, flying edge, oxide skin, rust, cutting, oil stains, additives and dust.
7. Solve the coordination tolerance of key parts before installation, especially the transition coordination specifications and related precision, so as to follow up.
8. Parts are not knocked, touched, scraped or rusted during the installation process.
9. When tightening the screws, anchor bolts and nuts, do not impact or use the inappropriate set screws and wrench. After tightening, the top of the thread grooves, nuts and screws and the anchor bolts should not be damaged.
10. For standard parts requiring tightening torque, please use a torque wrench and tighten according to the specified tightening torque.
