2. Surface roughness

3. Material, rough work and heat treatment of the spindle
In the shaft parts, the commonly used material is 45 steel, and through the ignition, annealing, tempering and quenching treatment, so as to obtain a certain strength, hardness, wear resistance and toughness.
For the shaft parts with relatively high speed, the alloy structural steel can be selected, because it will improve the wear resistance and fatigue resistance after heat treatment.
