The discontinuous cutting in the milling process makes the tool bear the impact load. Cemented carbide tools are more suitable for high-speed production processes or processes with large amount of metal removal, such as plane milling and slab milling. When starting to process new workpiece, use appropriate slow milling speed, and then increase to higher milling speed. Cold rolled strip and plate have high precision, uniform and excellent surface shape, stable and uniform mechanical properties and structure. The surface processing of cold rolled sheet, strip or foil includes bright processing and matte processing. The former carries out surface smooth and bright rolling on the leveling machine, and the surface presents metallic luster. The latter is Matt processing, and the surface is cleaned with weak acid, shot peened and pickled or sprayed with alumina particles. Due to continuous annealing in the atmosphere, the luster can be controlled by adjusting the crystal particles and thickness, so that the material can be used as roof decoration material. Other matte processes can be rolled with rolls with fine unevenness.
