CNC bending machine pressure bottom bending

The CNC bending machine uses the bottom bending when the plate is pressed between the upper and lower modes, so as to obtain the required bending angle and elbow radius

CNC bending machine press bottom bending is suitable for the enterprise batch and mass production, processing thickness of less than 2mm metal plate material. Its bending radius is small-high bending accuracy-good accuracy. It should be noted that the working pressure of the bottom bend is greater than the working pressure of the gap bending, which is generally more than three times.

The angle of the bottom bending mold should be adapted to the angle of the plate and the material. Usually in the bottom bending low carbon steel, the Angle of the upper and lower mold should be consistent with the Angle required by the plate. When using the bottom bending method, the ratio of the plate thickness B and the opening distance of the lower mold V is: B: V=1:6.

In the process of working tonnage bending, the force between the upper and lower modes is applied to the material to cause plastic deformation of the material. The working tonnage is the bending pressure during bending.

The influencing factors to determine the working tonnage are: bending radius-bending mode-mold ratio-elbow length-thickness and strength of bending material, etc

Usually the working tonnage can be selected by the following table and set in the processing parameters.

1. The value in the table is the bending pressure when the length of the plate material is one meter:

Example: S=4mm L=1000mm V=32mm table P = 330 kN

2. If this table is calculated on the basis of strength σ b = 450 N/mm2, when bending other different materials, the bending pressure is the product of the data in the table and the following coefficients;

Bronze (soft): 0.5; Stainless steel: 1.5; Aluminum (soft): 0.5; Chromium-molybdenum steel: 2.0.

3, CNC bending machine bending pressure approximate calculation formula: P=650s2L / 1000v in the unit of each parameter P —— kN S —— mm L —— mm V —— mm
